You will help, inspire, and guide our customers to make the best purchases – including through our popular subscription service, Lifestyle, which has transformed the industry.

The best part? You get to do this together with an amazing team consisting of Store Managers, Opticians, and other Style & Customer Advisors 💪

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with several years of work experience in the optical industry, retail, sales, and/or service. To thrive and succeed as much as possible in this role, we also look for you to:

• Be full of energy and have a strong commitment.
• Love exceeding expectations by providing good service and spreading a positive atmosphere to customers and colleagues.
• Take responsibility for your tasks, dare to take initiative, and think new thoughts – you see it as your ultimate goal to guide the customer to the best purchase!

About the recruitment process

The recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline – so don't wait! 🚀 Our recruitment process includes tests, interviews, and background checks regarding criminal and financial history for final candidates.

The position is a fixed-term assignment starting upon agreement and running until 2027-05-06, with the possibility of extension.
