As an inspection technician, you will use your technical interest every day while building long-term customer relationships. Previous experience in vehicle inspection is not required. However, we would like you to have an interest in vehicles and basic automotive technical knowledge to build upon.

Your Responsibilities
As an inspection technician, you will perform thorough and safety-focused vehicle inspections, while creating a positive overall experience for our customers through clear, friendly, and trust-building communication. The role also includes selling our additional services and safety packages, where you guide the customer based on their needs and interests. You contribute to a safe working environment through collaboration and responsibility, facing a varied workday filled with technical challenges and customer interaction.

From Vehicle Interest to Certified Technician
To succeed in the role, we offer comprehensive training that leads to your certification as an inspection technician for the vehicles you will work with. The training builds on an existing interest in vehicles and basic automotive understanding, making it easier to absorb the content and get the most out of the education. During the training, you will receive support from our training organization and experienced mentors, so that you gradually feel confident in the role before working independently.

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Has good vehicle knowledge and technical competence
• Has a Category B driver's license (manual transmission)

Meritorious: Work experience and/or education in automotive technology, sales, and service. A driver's license for other vehicle types relevant to the station is meritorious.

About the Position
We offer a full-time position starting with a six-month probationary period, after which it converts to a permanent contract. Working hours are varied and spread across all days of the week, including evenings and weekends. You will be based primarily at the stations in Östhammar and Tierp, where you will be one of three technicians sharing responsibility for staffing. The work offers a varied daily routine where you sometimes work together with colleagues and sometimes independently. Working at other stations in the surrounding area may also occur.
