We are looking for a Station Manager for Carspect Enköping Romberga.

As Station Manager, you have ownership of your station and personnel responsibility for the employees.

You work primarily with inspection tasks. You report to Cluster Manager Emil Nähr.

Responsibilities

In addition to inspecting vehicles, you have the following responsibilities:

• Responsibility for quality work
• Coach, develop, and support employees
• Conduct development meetings including salary setting
• Follow authority regulations and procedures regarding working environment
• Responsible for sales to private and corporate customers
• Responsible for station operations

Who are you

We are looking for you who are a certified inspection technician. You have a few years of experience in a leadership role.

You are an excellent Carspect ambassador, both internally and externally. You spread a good atmosphere at your station, are a natural leader, and your colleagues have great trust in you. You enjoy sales and you sell by building relationships and have an interest in our products and services. Of course, you are passionate about ensuring customers enjoy their time at your station. You are also organized and work in a structured manner.

Carspect opened its first inspection station on July 1, 2010, the same date that the Swedish inspection market opened for competition.

We perform approximately one million inspections per year at our more than 118 inspection stations across the country. In addition to control and registration inspections for light vehicles, we offer voluntary tests.
