Damage Advisory at Werksta Gustavsberg – Customer-focused and Professional WorkAs a damage advisor, you are responsible for receiving customers, assessing damage, and planning the repair process in close collaboration with the damage and workshop teams. You work in modern facilities with digital tools and a clear structure to ensure accurate diagnosis, cost assessment, and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities – Customer Contact, Assessment, and AdministrationReceive customers and conduct customer interviews regarding damage, insurance matters, and repair options
Perform initial damage assessment, document damages, and create work orders together with technicians
Collaborate with insurance companies, workshop staff, and painters to plan and prioritize the workflow
Inform customers about schedules, costs, and warranties, and follow up on the customer's case throughout the process
Document in the workshop system and ensure that all information is correct and up-to-date
Contribute to a safe and orderly work environment by following routines and promoting good working practices
Experience working in a workshop, customer reception, or damage handling, preferably within the automotive industry
Good understanding of car damages, repair processes, and insurance routines
Experience with or familiarity working in digital workshop systems and documentation
Service-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused
Ability to collaborate in a team and work structured independently
Class B driver's license is an advantage
Swedish language skills (spoken and written) are required
Attentive and clear in customer dialogues, confident in handling customer relations
Structured, meticulous, and responsible
Positive attitude towards improvement work and involvement in the team

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probation period. Start date according to agreement.
