As a strong team player, you will help create a new store from the ground up and put your personal stamp on your area. We are looking for a Sales Manager for our Kitchen and Bakery departments.

About the role:

As a Sales Manager, you will work together with your colleagues to create efficient operations with a sales-driven department to achieve the department's key performance indicators. This is achieved through good routines, collaboration, solid planning, and excellent customer service. The departments should be run with a focus on value for money and simplicity for the customer. You work closely with your Sales Director, and together you ensure that daily operations in the department maintain a high minimum standard and develop forward.

You ensure that the department operates profitably with a focus on sales, margin, and shrinkage. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring the department looks inviting to customers and creates (additional) sales. You plan, execute, and engage staff in various sales campaigns and meal exposures, among other things.

Qualifications:

• Experience and good knowledge of customer service
• Knowledge of basic store economics
• Good experience working in production departments in a retail environment

• Experience with store manager training
• Experience driving own projects/improvement measures
• Experience leading groups
• Experience with LEAN concepts
• Responsible for self-control programs

Employment Type

Permanent position, 35 hours/week including evenings and weekends, with a 6-month probation period.
