What the role entails
You work closely with our customers to create long-term valuable relationships based on technical understanding and innovation. You are to be the engineer with in-depth industry knowledge who is committed to building bridges between our technology and our customers' current and future challenges, so that they are prepared for the future.
Responsibilities
- Technical presentations: Conduct presentations for customers via physical meetings, team meetings, and phone. Adapt presentations for different technical levels and requirements.
- Technical solution proposals: Identify and discuss advanced solutions based on the customer's specific needs. Work closely with customers to design customized concepts.
- Relationship building: Create and maintain long-term relationships with current and potential customers by acting as a technical advisor and expert.
- Specialist role: Be the specialist in our services and products. Keep up to date with the latest technical features and upcoming developments.
- Technical support: Act as a support and sounding board for consultants during the startup phase of projects. Provide technical expertise and guidance.
- Event participation: Actively participate in trade fairs and other corporate and industry events as instructed. Represent the company as a technical authority.
We are looking for someone who has
- An engineering degree from a university or college in a relevant field, or alternatively a vocational engineering degree within HVAC or other equivalent education.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to different target groups.
- Experience in technical consulting or technical sales.
- 3 years or more of work experience from roles such as project engineer, project manager, HVAC designer, HVAC consultant, sales engineer, or any other engineering role.

How we recruit:
You apply with a CV and answer a few simple questions directly in our tool. We go through all applications as they come in and continuously assess which applications move forward to a phone interview. After the first selection, we continue with a technical and competency-based interview on which we base our next selection. After that, you will take two different tests and have a second interview.
