We are now looking for several dedicated specialist assistant nurses for home care services in Högsbo and Frölunda. We are looking for you with a specialization in care and support for the elderly, dementia, and psychiatry.

You contribute with your specialist competence to raise the quality of our operations. You work closely with the elderly, provide support based on individual needs, and mentor colleagues in their role as primary contact for care and in complex care situations. The work includes personal care, social support, health care interventions on delegation, and collaboration with relatives. With us, you will have an important key role where you collaborate with other professions and relatives to create safe care and support for our clients.

You work independently, but also in close cooperation with colleagues. The work is scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends. We offer introduction, digital tools, and a work climate where quality and security are in focus.

About you

Requirements

• Educated specialist assistant nurse with at least 200 YH credits that the employer deems relevant for the position
• Work experience within care and support
• Since we document and communicate in Swedish, you need to be able to speak and write Swedish

Meritorious but not a requirement

• Education with a focus on care and support for the elderly, dementia, and psychiatry
• Work experience within mental illness or dementia
• Experience in method mentoring
• Hold a B-driver's license

As a specialist assistant nurse in home care, you work independently and in a team, with a respectful and attentive approach. You adapt your working style and communication to the individual's needs, encourage participation, and can quickly adjust when conditions change.
