Who are you?

We are looking for a competitive and communicative person who is an expert at building trust. You are driven by achieving concrete results and can turn numbers into value-creating advice.

• Fluent in Finnish and Swedish

• At least 1–2 years of experience from banking, finance, or loan brokering.

• Strong internal drive, ability to work independently, and a desire to close deals.

• A personality that spreads energy and contributes to the team.

Your Role

As a Customer Advisor, you are responsible for guiding Finnish-speaking customers through their entire journey. You handle incoming loan applications, perform risk assessments, and guide the customer all the way to a better financial decision. You combine analysis with strong relationship building via phone and digital channels.

Your responsibilities:

• Process and follow up on loan applications from start to finish

• Conduct risk and credit assessments of the customer's repayment capacity.

• Provide professional advice that creates security and long-term value.
