HÖ Allbygg is now looking for ground and civil engineering workers to join their team in Kiruna. Do you want to work on exciting projects in a company with great development opportunities? About the role

In the role of ground and civil engineering worker at HÖ Allbygg, you will work on varied and interesting projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Foundation work
• Drainage
• Water and sewage work (VA)
• Paving

The work takes place outdoors in all weather conditions. Working hours are Monday to Wednesday from 07:00–19:00, and you finish at lunchtime on Thursdays. By working longer days at the beginning of the week, you cover Friday and half of Thursday, resulting in a shorter work week. The position is a full-time employment totaling 40 hours per week, and varying working hours may occur as needed.

You will start your employment with an introduction where we ensure you receive a thorough onboarding and quickly get up to speed with both the role and the company. Together with your manager, you will create a joint plan for your development with us. The high season runs from May to November 2026, and there are good opportunities for further employment if the collaboration works well for both parties.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Category B driver’s license (required for the position)
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience or education in ground/civil engineering, such as water and sewage work, paving, or stone setting

As a person, you are unpretentious, cooperative, and curious with a strong desire to develop.
