About the role

Svenska kraftnät is in a phase of intense development. As an IT Operations Coordinator, you play a central role, providing operational and administrative support to managers and the leadership group in their daily work and business management.

In this role, you work closely with the department manager, unit managers, and the leadership group within a business unit comprising approximately 20 employees and consultants, as well as three managers. You will have a broad and varied daily routine with many interfaces, contributing both operationally and strategically.

As an IT Operations Coordinator, you belong to the IT Strategy and Planning unit, which is responsible for supporting the department's strategy implementation, planning process, follow-up, and other administrative processes. You will collaborate with many competent colleagues. The role includes, among other things:

• Preparing and consolidating division-wide issues such as document release, handling of remits, governing documents and notices, consultant and personnel administration, etc.
• Managing administration related to IT's management meetings and division meetings.
• Supporting the department's managers in their operational line work.
• Coordinating meetings, conferences, follow-ups, summaries, and reporting.
• Supporting the department's operational, business, and financial follow-up.
• Supporting the department in consultant procurement, tendering, and recruitment.
• Facilitating workshops and leading improvement initiatives.

About you

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is driven, unpretentious, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a role with many interfaces and have the ability to handle several parallel processes simultaneously. You work in a structured manner, collaborate well with others, and feel comfortable switching between operational tasks and more strategic issues.

Furthermore, you have an academic degree in the IT field or equivalent experience acquired in another way that Svenska kraftnät considers equivalent. In addition, you have:

• Current and relevant work experience supporting managers within IT
• Extensive experience in budgeting, reporting, and financial management
• Extensive experience in coordinating and administrative work in a larger and complex organization.
• Extensive experience in developing routines and working methods that contribute to improvements and efficient operations.
• Experience in planning and administering conferences and meetings.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

We consider it meritorious if you have:

• Experience from working in both the public sector and private sector in the last 7 years
• Experience in consultant procurement, tendering, or recruitment, as well as requirement setting in these areas.
• Experience in moderating larger gatherings
