Källan Hotell Spa Konferens AB is a highly regarded meeting place beautifully situated between the coastal landscape and the mountain world in the wilds of Västerbotten. The hotel is gently integrated into the natural level differences and offers a peaceful environment with views of forests and lakes – where modern architecture meets silence and harmony.

With 40 hotel rooms, five meeting rooms, a restaurant, and a relaxation area, Källan offers comprehensive solutions for companies, private individuals, and event organizers. Your Responsibilities

As Operations Manager, you play a central role in the daily operations of the business. You lead the work operationally and ensure that the hotel runs smoothly – from staffing and workflows to service, quality, and guest experience. This is an operational role where you work closely with staff and guests.

As Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and that the guest experience maintains high quality. You are a key part of creating a calm, warm, and professional environment. This role suits you if you want to work close to nature, be involved in daily operations, and have a practical, present role out in the business.

For example, you will work with:

• Personnel issues and daily management
• Scheduling and staffing
• Reception and guest service
• Ensuring quality in operations
• The kitchen
• Facility maintenance
• The buildings
• Guest experience

Your Background and Qualities

We are looking for someone who is social, proactive, and self-initiating. You thrive in an operational leadership role and enjoy taking responsibility. As a person, you are unpretentious and solution-oriented, with the ability to prioritize when the pace changes. You communicate clearly, create security within the team, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

Furthermore, we would appreciate if you have:

• Experience from the hotel, restaurant, or tourism industry
• Experience in personnel management
• Good IT skills

It is a great advantage if you are willing to live in or near the area.
