Shift Leader About the role

As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for your shift. This means you assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager with their daily tasks and ensure the unit is run according to the company's guidelines and values. You are also responsible for working, evaluating, and actively finding new improvements within your area of responsibility. This is reported to the RM and ARM.

If the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager is not on site, you are the highest authority. The work has an operational focus, where you are expected to work in both the kitchen and the cash register (either 75/25 or vice versa) and maintain Bastard Burgers' standards regarding cleanliness, speed, service, and quality.

Requirements:

• Education requirements: None

• Experience requirements: None, but previous experience in service roles, preferably in the restaurant industry with some experience in personnel management, is meritorious.

• Language requirements: Speak English or Swedish. Proficiency in both languages is meritorious.

• Desirable traits and behaviors: We appreciate that you are responsible and stress-resistant, have a positive attitude, are committed to Bastard Burgers, and preferably already know us!

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• We also prefer that you live in the vicinity of the unit
