About the Job

As a Care Assistant in home care, you will have a varied and meaningful job where you make a real difference in people’s daily lives. You will work both independently and together with colleagues to create safety, participation, and quality of life.

The tasks are based on each individual’s specific needs and may include:

• providing personal care and support in daily life
• assisting with meals, hygiene, and social support
• performing delegated health and medical care tasks
• documenting and reporting changes
• collaborating with colleagues and other professionals
• serving as a dedicated care contact

At our workplace, care assistants, nurses, rehabilitation teams, needs assessors, and managers work closely together. This creates good cooperation and strong support in everyday life.

• are a certified Care Assistant
• have experience in elderly care or home care services
• feel confident with documentation and digital technology
• have a good attitude towards people and enjoy collaborating

Working Hours

We are looking for employees for:

• weekend duty, every weekend
• evening shifts with every other weekend off
• day/evening shifts with every other weekend off

Requirements

• Category B driver’s license
• Protected professional title as Care Assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare
• Language level B2 according to CEFR/GERS
• Certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) prior to employment

Start date according to agreement.
