Your Role

As a District Nurse at Nyhälsan, you have an independent assignment, with your own reception, telephone advice, digital care, and close collaboration with other professions. What characterizes the role with us is the combination of professional responsibility and teamwork. You get to use your competence in patient-oriented work, while also contributing to the development of working methods and collaboration in everyday life. There is room here to contribute both experience and initiative close to the operations.

We are looking for you who want to work in primary care where the District Nurse's competence is valued and where the patient's entire situation is an important part of the assessment. You are secure in your profession and used to taking responsibility in daily work, but also see the value of thinking together with others. You want to be part of where care is shaped: in the meeting with the patient, in the conversation with colleagues, and in the improvements that make everyday life better for both patients and the team.

Qualifications

• Licens as a nurse
• Further education as a District Nurse
• Experience in primary care, reception work, and/or telephone advice
• Experience in independent patient work and professional collaboration

Meritorious:

• Competence to work with target groups within asthma/COPD or diabetes
• Experience in digital care
• Other education or experience relevant to the mission of primary care

Bräcke Health Center Nyhälsan

Bräcke Health Center Nyhälsan is located in Nässjö and also has a branch in Forserum. We are a medium-sized health center with approximately 7,800 registered patients, which provides a daily life where the mission is broad but where closeness between patients, employees, and management remains. Here, different professions work close to each other with the patient's needs in focus. We want care to be characterized by continuity and good collaboration, but also by a work environment where employees have the opportunity to influence and contribute their competence.
