We are now looking for a Technician for our site in Ängelholm who wants to help drive our success. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Improve and optimize technical processes and machinery.
• Commission and validate products, systems, and machines.
• Stay updated with the latest technology and market trends.
• Work creatively with prototypes and find long-term solutions.
• Collaborate in a team with production, quality, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your profile:

To thrive with us, you should have:

• A burning interest in technology and machinery.
• The ability to think outside the box and solve complex problems.
• Experience working in complex production environments.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of production technology and industrial machine standards.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.

The position will be scheduled in a two-shift system (days one week Monday–Friday, evenings the next week Monday–Thursday).
