To a large industrial company, we are now looking for an analytical and structured Business Support who wants to work close to the business in a data-intensive and administrative role. In this role, you will become an important part of the business support team and be responsible for ensuring correct and quality-assured data in the company's systems. This assignment suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, have a business sense, and are very proficient in Excel.

About the role

In the role of Business Support, you will become part of the KAM department and work at the intersection of business, administration, and systems. Once contracts are in place, the team is responsible for ensuring that customer setups, prices, and hierarchies function correctly in the business systems, in close collaboration with other branches and departments.

A large part of the work involves ensuring data quality, supporting operations via email, analyzing discrepancies, and contributing to the migration to new systems. The role involves significant autonomy and requires that you dare to tackle problems, ask for help when needed, and work methodically until the issue is resolved.

Your responsibilities include:

• Administer and quality-assure customer and price data in business systems
• Work with large datasets in Excel (sorting, filtering, registry maintenance)
• Ensure correct price lists, hierarchies, and billing documents
• Support branches and the sales organization via email regarding prices, operations, and billing
• Identify, analyze, and rectify discrepancies in systems and data
• Participate in preparatory work for system migration, including cleaning up inactive registers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to present and explain setups and solutions

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a university degree in Industrial Economics, Supply Chain, Matix, or equivalent, or has equivalent relevant experience. Previous work with data management, sales support, business support, or similar administrative roles is considered relevant.
• Is analytical, detail-oriented, and meticulous.
• Has good knowledge of Excel and is accustomed to handling larger datasets.
• Has a "doer" attitude and is not afraid to ask for help when needed.
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English, orally and in writing.

The role requires stamina and the ability to handle both monotonous tasks and more complex problem-solving.

About the employment

This is a consulting assignment for 6 months with a good chance of extension, provided both parties are satisfied. The employment is through OIO. Introduction takes place through close collaboration with colleagues, and the role offers good opportunities to grow in responsibility and tasks.
