Are you a nurse ready for new challenges? We are now looking for an engaged nurse for the Lillhagsparken care and residential home on Hisingen.

With us, you will have a free and varied job where you can influence and plan your workday yourself, enabling calm in everyday life. Your tasks involve assessing, planning, and structuring the work towards the patient based on a person-centered approach. You will independently perform medical treatment and care interventions, but collaborate in interdisciplinary teams regarding the patient. You follow up and document according to current legislation and our quality registers, as well as supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff. You work according to a basic schedule, which means you work mainly during daytime on weekdays, with approximately six evenings every eight weeks and duty every fourth weekend.

About you

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you have previous experience in the nursing profession, it is of course a plus, but we also welcome you if you are a newly graduated nurse. Furthermore, a B driving license is required.

The role of a nurse requires that you can independently overview, prioritize, and perform your tasks. In order for us to provide the best possible care, you also need to have a well-developed ability to collaborate, as there are several of us working in teams around the patients. The meeting with patients and relatives is an important part of the work, therefore we consider it important that you are receptive, can create understanding for the other party's needs, and provide good treatment.
