Auditiva Linköping is a small, independent private provider within hearing care, and we are now looking for an engaged and curious licensed audiologist.

About Us

Auditiva was founded as a response to the long healthcare queues in Östergötland, with a belief that we could make a difference by increasing the accessibility of hearing care. Our customers daily highlight the great need and show great gratitude for our high accessibility by recommending us to their friends and family, which keeps our already fully booked calendar constantly filling up.

Auditiva works on behalf of Region Östergötland to perform primary hearing rehabilitation, which is the main focus of our operations.

No sales targets – high accessibility and customer satisfaction are in focus.

The clinic is located centrally in a newly renovated space and is equipped with the latest tools for diagnostics and hearing aid fitting, as well as systems to facilitate and reduce administration.

Here, we are truly small-scale: short decision-making paths, close collaboration, and high professional trust. We place great emphasis on high accessibility for our customers – they should receive help quickly, clear answers, and secure care.

Since the operation is new, you have a unique chance to help shape it. Your Responsibilities

You are expected to work independently in several different areas.

• Hearing rehabilitation – needs assessments, hearing aid trials, adjustment visits, evaluations.
• Aftercare – service visits, follow-up visits.
• Consultation.
• Hearing protection.
• Sales of consumables.
• Delivery and registration of supplies.
• Contact with customers and suppliers via email and phone.

The work offers daily variation and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues within the hearing care industry.

Auditiva strives for good connections and aims to take responsibility in the combined hearing care in Östergötland. We have good contacts with hearing aid suppliers, interest organizations, and Hearing Care Region Östergötland.

We are looking for you who

• Are a licensed audiologist.
• Enjoy independent work and taking personal responsibility.
• Have a genuine patient focus and good communication skills.
• Are structured but flexible.

Experience is meritorious, but we also welcome those who are new to the profession and want to develop quickly in a secure environment.
