We offer you
We are now looking for substitute nurses for our special housing facilities and home care services. With us, you will get a varied, responsible, and meaningful job where you make a real difference in people's lives – every day.
You will work in a business where collaboration and a holistic view are central. Within both special housing and home care, you work together with experienced nursing assistants, nurse colleagues, and other professions. The work also involves collaboration with doctors and other actors within the municipal healthcare system.
Our special housing facilities consist of several departments organized into smaller units to create security and continuity. Within home care, you meet patients in their own homes, which gives independent work with great opportunities to plan and prioritize your interventions.

Job Description
As a nurse in special housing and home care, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on healthcare interventions from a person-centered approach.
Your tasks include among other things:
- Assessment, planning, and follow-up of care interventions
- Medication management
- Healthcare interventions in special housing and ordinary housing (home care)
- Collaboration with care staff, doctors, and other professions
- Documentation according to current legislation
- Supervision and support for nursing staff
- Participation in quality and improvement work
The work covers both planned interventions and acute assessments, which requires good prioritization skills, flexibility, and a solution-focused approach.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Licensed nurse
- Category B driver's license
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Ability to work independently and make own decisions
Merits:
- Experience working in elderly care, special housing, or home care
- Experience with documentation systems and quality work
- Specialist education in a relevant area
Personal Competencies:
