Are you a hands-on IT technician who thrives when you can be out at the customer site, solving problems on the spot, and quickly adapting to new environments? Then this gig is for you.

We are looking for an experienced onsite technician who enjoys pace, variety, and being the reliable person users turn to. You will work directly at the customer's site, becoming a key part of their daily IT delivery.

• Onsite support — troubleshooting, installations, client management, and user support

• Hardware & clients — computers, printers, peripherals, mobile phones

• Systems & environments — you jump into new systems and processes without hesitation

• Orders & deliveries — handle equipment, onboarding, and rollouts

• On-site troubleshooting — you are the one who solves issues that cannot be resolved remotely

• You have 5–6 years of experience in IT support, preferably in roles where you worked on-site at customer locations

• You are confident in Windows environments and have a good grasp of AD, O365, and client management

• You are quick to understand new systems, processes, and customer-specific solutions

• You are social, service-oriented, and enjoy building good relationships

• You are self-reliant and thrive when taking responsibility

This is a consulting assignment where you will initially be employed as a consultant through us at Gigstep, with the possibility of transitioning to the customer in the long run.
