We are looking for a technically skilled and experienced tester who wants to take clear ownership of the quality in our solutions within accounting and tax. Here, you will step into a central role where you not only ensure quality – but also take clear responsibility for developing and driving how we work with testing moving forward. This role exists to strengthen and further develop our quality work as our systems become more complex and the demands for reliability increase.

You will become part of a dedicated and cross-functional team with developers, UX designers, and product owners, where we work agilely and with modern technology. At the same time, you will have great room to influence: from developing and structuring our testing processes to setting the direction for the testing area as a whole.

We are looking for you who have both the experience and the ambition to take the next step – to build, improve, and drive quality as a natural part of development.

About the role

An important part of the role is to plan, coordinate, and support specialists in carrying out tests at the right time and with the right quality, while you yourself test actively throughout the entire development chain.

The focus is on test automation, technical understanding, and the ability to analyze complex systems. Our solutions contain APIs, advanced calculations, and extensive business logic, which requires you to see the big picture and understand how different parts fit together.

We are looking for you who have:

• Several years of experience in testing in development projects
• Experience testing services and APIs, as well as the ability to troubleshoot in non-graphical interfaces
• Experience structuring and driving quality work, preferably with significant personal responsibility
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of how systems, flows, and calculations are interconnected
• Thrives in a role where you work operationally and help develop working methods

Desirable experience

If you match one or more of the points below, it is an extra plus.

• Experience with test automation
• Worked with load and performance testing
• Experience with monitoring tools, such as New Relic
• Domain knowledge within accounting, reporting, or tax
• Experience using AI in daily work
• Knowledge of databases, preferably SQL.
