Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Flow Leader.

What You Will Work On

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive agile delivery processes with focus on outcomes and predictable delivery.
• Ensure transparency through agile artefacts, reporting, and delivery tracking.
• Proactively identify and manage impediments, risks, and dependencies.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning together with Product Owners.
• Safeguard teams from scope disruptions and conflicting priorities during iterations.
• Promote sustainable delivery and continuous improvement practices.
• Coach teams in agile maturity, collaboration, accountability, and self-organization.
• Foster psychological safety and healthy team dynamics.
• Support cross-team and cross-functional collaboration activities.
• Represent team perspectives in coordination and decision-making forums.
• Communicate delivery status, trends, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Support alignment between business expectations and delivery capabilities.

What You Bring

• Strong experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Flow Leader.
• Experience supporting high-performing and self-organizing agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, agile methodologies, and delivery practices.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing delivery risks, impediments, and dependencies.
• Ability to support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience fostering collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety within teams.
• Ability to coach teams beyond formal Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with focus on predictable delivery.
• Experience working within complex cross-functional and distributed environments.
• Experience from software, electronics, communication technology, or automotive environments is beneficial.
