In this role, you will work with a combination of customer contact and administrative tasks. You will handle incoming cases, support with various types of inquiries, and ensure that processes and routines are followed in a correct and professional manner.

The work involves many contact points, both internally and externally, and requires good interpersonal skills, structure, and the ability to prioritize.

We are looking for you who

You have previous experience in service, customer contact, or administrative tasks and thrive in a role where you can be both helpful and solution-oriented.

You are confident in your communication, have a professional manner, and are accustomed to handling different types of situations. Furthermore, you are meticulous, structured, and have an aptitude for creating order in your work.

We would appreciate it if you had good computer literacy and felt comfortable working with digital tools.
