About Us

PetroSeal is a growth company specializing in producing seals for the Swedish manufacturing industry. We also provide spool vulcanization at our facility in Kista. At PetroSeal, we believe in creating an environment where every individual plays a crucial role in our journey to success, and where development and collaboration are key to our continued growth. At our Huskvarna unit, we are a strong team of six people working with sales, manufacturing, and quality. We have a high ceiling and plenty of laughter, and we help each other out in our daily operations. We have recently moved into newly renovated and fresh premises with parking right outside the door and a bus stop nearby.

About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time position starting with a six-month probationary period.

Working hours are during the day on weekdays.

• Your daily tasks will include: Producing seals based on manufacturing orders
• Performing control measurements
• Managing our ERP system (M3)
• Communicating with support functions

Your Profile

• You have experience as a CNC Operator or relevant industrial education.
• Can read drawings and handle measurement techniques.
• Have basic knowledge of CNC programming.
• Are meticulous, solution-oriented, and collaborate well with colleagues.
• You need to be comfortable speaking and writing in both Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have a forklift license and experience with Infor M3 or similar ERP systems.

We would like you to be flexible and have a strong work ethic. As a person, you are expected to be a team player with a high sense of responsibility and to handle your work efficiently. You should also be practical, capable of working both independently and in a group, and have good problem-solving skills.
