About the Role

We need more energy heroes, and now we are looking for a Service Manager/Project Manager within Station Maintenance who wants to join the journey! Is that you? As a service manager/project manager with us, you will work with project management of maintenance and service within switchgear and power stations in our service agreements within station maintenance. You have a central role in the dialogue with the client and are responsible for managing and developing our customer commitments from planning to follow-up, with a focus on quality, delivery, and business acumen.
The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, engagement, and quality. In the role of service manager/project manager, you will be part of a team of 15 people spread across different locations, consisting of different ages and experiences with a very good atmosphere. You will primarily work from your office at your establishment, but you will also be out in the field to ensure that projects run smoothly, which means that day trips within the nearest geography are a natural part of the work. A small number of overnight stays may occur. The work is carried out very independently, but at the same time, great cooperation and communication skills are required towards both internal and external actors.
Some of your main tasks:
- Planning and implementation of projects
- Leadership and management of project teams
- Responsible for financial outcome, closure, and follow-up
- Inform and report on project status to the client
- Participate in construction meetings and negotiations with the customer
- Risk management
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you create strong collaborations and build trust in the dialogue with customers, clients, and colleagues. You are service-minded and have a professional and solution-oriented approach in customer dialogue. You take responsibility for progress and delivery, work systematically, and find it easy to administer and prioritize in a daily life with several parallel tasks. You solve problems that arise, handle risks and unexpected situations, and communicate clearly regarding status and next steps. You are business-minded and have good entrepreneurship, while never letting profitability take precedence over safety.
We see that you already have:
- Work experience in leadership or project management
- A completed upper secondary education or higher, preferably within electricity, power, technology, economics, or another relevant area
- Work experience within the electricity or power sector is an advantage
- Experience from the contracting industry is an advantage
- Computer proficiency (Office package) and experience of process-controlled work in case management systems
- Category B driver's license, as travel occurs in the position
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
