RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want a varied and meaningful job where you can use your skills broadly and work closely with patients? In our municipal primary care, you will become part of the transition to "Close Care" (Nära vård), where we strive to base our work on the patient's individual needs and create security through continuity and coordination.

As a nurse with us, you are the primary care contact for patients within home healthcare and/or in care and nursing homes. This means you have a central role where you plan, implement, and follow up on healthcare interventions based on each patient's needs. The work is varied and spans from advanced home healthcare and medication management to wound care and end-of-life care. You meet patients at different stages with different needs, allowing you to utilize your full competence as a nurse.

You work both independently and together with colleagues in a nursing team where you support each other and share experiences. The work takes place in close collaboration with other professions such as assistant nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, needs assessors, and unit managers. You also have contact with other parts of healthcare, such as psychiatry and health centers. We work person-centered together with the entire team around the patient.

At the same time, you are part of a team where collaboration is an important part of everyday life. As a nurse, you have, among other things, a supervisory role for care staff and students.

Working hours are mainly during the day, with some evening shifts. Weekend work occurs at most every fourth weekend at present. During evenings and weekends, interventions that cannot wait are carried out by nurses working within municipal primary care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. It is meritorious if you have previous experience from municipal healthcare, but it is not a requirement. We consider it meritorious if you have further education, for example, as a district nurse, geriatric nurse, or another specialization that adds value to the operations.

To thrive in the role, you need to be confident in your profession and able to work independently, make your own decisions, and take responsibility for your patients. At the same time, you value collaboration and contribute to a good team climate where you support each other in daily life.

You have the ability to structure and prioritize your work based on changing needs and can adapt when the situation requires it. The job demands flexibility, initiative, and a solution-focused approach. We also see that you have a genuine commitment to your work and to the people you meet.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

A valid B-driver's license is required.
