Ministry of Programming Sweden AB was established in Sweden in 2023. The company offers its customers qualified programming services and consulting services within IT and management. The customers consist primarily of Swedish start-ups.

Ministry of Programming Sweden AB is now seeking a CEO with at least five years of experience in management positions within IT and programming.

Some of your responsibilities as CEO will include:

• Leading and being responsible for the company's overall strategy, operations, and business development on the Swedish and Nordic markets
• Responsibility for budget, financial monitoring, and profit and loss (P&L) accountability
• Identifying and processing new business opportunities, customers, and partners within the IT and software development industry
• Building and leading the company's team in Sweden – recruitment, competence development, and organizational building
• Responsible for customer relations, contract negotiations, and ensuring high quality in the delivery of software services
• Ongoing operational responsibility – resource allocation, project monitoring, and streamlining of operations
• Representing the company to authorities, partners, investors, and the public
• Ensuring that the company complies with Swedish legislation, articles of association, and other regulatory requirements
• Reporting the company's results and strategic development to the parent company and the board

Higher education in the IT field and experience working with AI solutions are meritorious.
