About the role

As an employee, you represent Hornbach and serve as an example of engagement, drive, and customer service. Working at our project and service center, you are located centrally in the store to assist and guide customers, as well as help them collect their pre-ordered goods.

Examples of responsibilities

  • Handle customer orders, special orders, and tradesperson services
  • Order consumable materials
  • Manage incoming emails and customer inquiries
  • Administer financing solutions
  • Monitor and administer customer orders
  • Plan, book, and coordinate home deliveries for our customers

Your profile

  • Upper secondary education or equivalent, plus experience in logistics
  • Organized and structured, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience in customer service or other service roles
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Detail-oriented and solution-focused
  • Valid forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) is an advantage

Background checks will be conducted for this position

Working hours/Duration: Fixed-term, seasonal. Part-time, 30 hours/week. Shifts include mornings, evenings, and every other weekend.

Salary: Salary according to collective agreement.
