We are now looking for an operational and driven Trade Marketing Coordinator for an exciting consulting assignment at Carlsberg! The assignment starts immediately and runs until December 2026, with a good opportunity for extension. Here you will have a central and supportive role where you work closely with sales, marketing, and external partners to ensure successful store campaigns and sales-driving activities.
About the role
In the role of Trade Marketing Coordinator within Off Trade, you will become an important part of the commercial team and serve as a central support function in daily operational work. You will work closely with the sales organization, the KAM team, and the marketing department to coordinate and execute activities related to priority brands and campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Drive and coordinate activities for priority brands based on season and business goals
- Ensure effective store campaigns and sales-driving activations
- Collaborate with the marketing team on ATL and BTL activities
- Responsible for budget tracking within Trade Marketing
- Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers ahead of campaign and sales periods
- Ensure efficient material flows and handling of POS materials
- Lead customer exhibitions together with the KAM team
- Create sales materials and presentation support
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with field sales to develop new ideas and tools for upselling
About you
We are looking for someone who is unpretentious, solution-oriented, and thrives in a coordinating role with many contact surfaces. You are structured and meticulous while having strong drive and a desire to develop. You enjoy working close to the business and have a genuine interest in consumer products, sales, and store communication.
You are communicative and relationship-building, and find it easy to collaborate with different functions both internally and externally.
Experience and Competence
- At least high school education, preferably post-secondary education in business, marketing, or relevant vocational training
- At least 2 years of experience from FMCG or other consumer-facing operations
- Very good system proficiency and good knowledge of the Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Experience working in a fast-changing and commercial environment is an advantage
- Experience in coordination within Trade Marketing, sales, or marketing is an advantage

The Assignment For this assignment, you are employed as a consultant at Digitalenta.
