About the role
As an insurance intermediary in Lendo's new initiative, you will play a key role in developing relationships with existing insurance customers. You will contact customers who already have an insurance policy through Lendo and offer complementary insurance solutions based on their specific needs. You will work towards clear targets and receive continuous coaching and support from your direct manager.
You will be part of a team of eleven insurance sales representatives, where collaboration and team spirit are central. The role begins with a comprehensive introduction that includes training in sales, Lendo's products, and the industry. You will also shadow calls with colleagues to further develop your own sales skills. Your development will continue with ongoing training and coaching – both from your manager and our experienced sales team.
Responsibilities
This role is about listening, understanding, and guiding Lendo's insurance customers – not pushing products they don't need. Here is a glimpse of what your typical day will look like:
- 📞 Contact existing insurance customers via phone – individuals who currently hold one of Lendo's insurance policies but do not have the full package.
- 💡 Conduct needs analyses and guide the customer to the right insurance solution.
- 🚀 Identify business opportunities and create added value for the customer.
- 🔍 You create security. Insurance can be complex, but you make it easy for the customer by explaining Lendo's insurance products in a simple and clear manner.
- 🎯 Work with high phone activity and clear targets.
We are looking for someone who
- Has completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
- Has sales experience, preferably via phone. It is important that you have a natural feel for sales and a desire to create customer value, seeing an opportunity in every conversation.
- Are communicative, structured, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluently speak and write Swedish and have a good command of English.

- You are service-oriented. Your goal is always for the customer to feel secure and satisfied with their choice.
