Tellusskolan THEA Bromma is located a short walk from the light rail station in Johannesfred. THEA Bromma is a small school with big ambitions. We work with rhetoric as our profile – an approach that strengthens students' communication skills, self-confidence, and language development in all subjects.

At the school, dedicated and experienced teachers work together to drive development work with a focus on collegial learning. We have low staff turnover and high job satisfaction. The school has approximately 150 students, with two classes per grade, and shows good results in both grades and national tests.

About the position

We are now looking for a licensed music teacher for a permanent position at 50 %.

You are responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of music teaching. We place great emphasis on varied and inspiring teaching that awakens students' creativity and interest in music, as well as giving them the opportunity to develop both practical and theoretical knowledge within the subject.

At our school, the relationship with students is central. Therefore, the position also includes shared mentorship for a class together with a colleague. The mentorship involves following the students' academic and social development in close collaboration with guardians, student health services, and colleagues.

You will be part of a work team where you work together to create a safe learning environment with good study conditions. An important part of the assignment is also to contribute to the school's systematic quality work, participate in collegial learning, and observe colleagues' teaching.
