Job Description:

As an Account & Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for both clients and consultants, acting as a driving force in the development of AQ Engineering's consulting business. You will work closely with our clients within industries such as manufacturing, energy, and defense, while also being responsible for attracting, recruiting, and developing the right talent.

You will become part of an engaged team with short decision-making paths, where entrepreneurship, business acumen, and collaboration are in focus.

As an Account & Consulting Manager, you will have a central role combining sales, recruitment, and leadership. This role is ideal for you if you enjoy creating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and identifying the right people for the right assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively work on new business development and expand existing client relationships
• Match client needs with the right competencies and consulting solutions
• In close collaboration with our recruiter, drive the entire recruitment process, from search and interviews to employment and onboarding.
• Drive the sales of consulting services and work towards set targets
• Participate in budget and performance tracking for the business
• Ensure well-being, development, and engagement among our employees

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in consulting, recruitment, technical sales, or leadership within the technology or industry sector.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are an independent and business-driven individual with strong self-motivation. You are accustomed to taking initiative, creating new contacts, and driving processes forward on your own. You are motivated by sales and have a natural ability to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

We also believe you have a good understanding of recruitment and are confident in identifying competencies, conducting interviews, and finding the right person for the right assignment. You thrive in a fast-paced role where you can combine people skills with business acumen.

We primarily look at your personality and believe you are structured, solution-oriented, and results-driven. You like taking responsibility and are driven by developing both people and businesses.

You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
