We are now looking for two driven and service-oriented hourly Contract Support staff to join our team in Stockholm. This role is perfect for you who enjoy having many contact points, working at a high pace, and being the hub between customers, suppliers, and your colleagues.

About the role 🚀

As a Contract Support at Four FM, you work with coordinating and administering incoming customer cases for both direct customers and third-party customers. You become an important part of the daily delivery where you ensure that work orders, fault reports, and planned assignments are handled efficiently and professionally.

The role is broad and varied; one day it involves coordinating technical work within plumbing, electrical, or carpentry, and the next day helping with office moves, renovations, or service cases for retail customers.

You become an integral part of the daily operational work where problem-solving, service, and communication are in focus. There is also the possibility of more work shifts and a more fixed schedule during the summer for the right person.

To ensure you have a secure and good start with us, you will work closely with an experienced colleague during the introductory period who will guide you in the daily work and help you gradually get into the role. You report to the responsible manager and will receive thorough onboarding and introduction to the work.

Your main areas of responsibility 📊
  • Handle incoming customer cases, both urgent and planned.

  • Coordinate work orders and ensure efficient delivery.

  • Plan, prioritize, and follow up on assignments continuously.

  • Register and handle cases in various CAFM systems.

  • Ensure correct documentation and follow-up with the customer.

  • Coordinate contact between customers, suppliers, and technicians.

  • Handle quotations, invoices, and complaint cases.

  • Book planned maintenance and follow up on deliveries.

  • Act as support to Contract Managers.

  • Ensure high service standards and a good customer experience at all levels.

You are responsible, communicative, and thrive in a role where you get to solve problems and keep many threads going simultaneously. You like service, are structured, and dare to ask questions when something is unclear.

We believe you have:

  • Good administrative experience and are comfortable with computers and the Office suite.

  • Experience in service, administration, or customer contact.

  • Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing.

  • A structured working method and good teamwork skills.

  • Ability to prioritize at a high pace.

It is meritorious if you:
  • Are studying Facility Management or a similar field.

  • Have experience in coordination or case handling.

  • Write and speak fluent Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish.

  • Have technical understanding or experience from the FM industry.

Practical details 👩‍🏫

Scope: Hourly position as needed, with the possibility of more shifts and a more fixed schedule during the summer.

Working hours: Weekdays 08:00–17:00 as needed.

Location: Four FM's office in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm.

Start date: Immediately.
