About the role
At Kiwa, you will take on an important role in the Food & System unit, where you will interact daily with both new and existing customers. You will be a key person in creating smooth processes, handling cases efficiently, and ensuring that our customers receive first-class service in every interaction.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will have a broad and varied role, handling everything from simple inquiries to more complex cases. The position is based in Solna, and we would prefer that you are in the office for the majority of the days.

We believe you have:
- A secondary education (high school diploma)
- Experience in service work
- Good system proficiency, or experience with Dynamics 365 and Excel
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have post-secondary education in areas such as food science, or an interest in environment and sustainability.
