The company's office is located in fresh, new premises near Järntorget/Central Gothenburg.

About the role

In the role of Travel Consultant at OLKA Sportresor, you will among other things:

• Handle incoming inquiries and tailor packages primarily for training camps in swimming and athletics.
• Drive sales against budget. Act as the contact person from first contact to return home, including booking, invoicing, changes, and sending out final information.
• Provide service and advice regarding cup competitions, training, meals, transport, and accommodation solutions.
• Work at a high pace with many balls in the air and provide quick responses via phone and email.
• Collaborate closely with the other eight colleagues on the department.
• Receive support from other parts of the company within functions such as flights, marketing, administration, finance, and HR.

Your profile

• You have a few years of experience as a travel consultant, and sales experience is a requirement.
• Good computer skills and experience with business systems are required.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required. Norwegian and Danish are highly meritorious.
• It is meritorious if you have trained in swimming and/or athletics yourself.
• It is meritorious to have knowledge of Rebus and some CRM system. Good Excel skills are also highly meritorious.
• It is meritorious to have a TRAC education within the travel industry.

The position is full-time during office hours Mon-Fri 08:00–17:00 with some flexibility. You will work at the office on Masthamnsgatan 5 in Gothenburg.
