Housing Support Staff and Coordinator for LSS Group Home in Östhammar

Do you want to create safety and support for individuals with complex needs?
We are looking for housing support staff and coordinators for our newest LSS group home in Östhammar. We are starting up this summer in a newly built building. The work is meaningful and places high demands on professionalism, empathy, and structure.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in daily life based on individual implementation plans.
- Create a safe and respectful environment with a focus on the individual's specific needs.
- Handle challenging situations with calm and professionalism.
- Document according to current routines.
The work includes day, evening, and weekend shifts as well as sleeping on-call duties according to a schedule.
About You
For this position, you are required to have relevant education, such as the Care and Nursing Program or a University College degree in social pedagogy, psychiatry, or similar. You must have very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as hold a Category B driver's license. It is an advantage if you have specialized education in psychiatry or neuropsychiatry, training in CBT, or knowledge of trauma and trauma-informed care. If you have experience working with individuals with complex issues, such as NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) or mental illness, we also view this as a plus.
We are looking for someone with personal maturity and the ability to handle stress and conflict situations. You possess physical and mental endurance as the work can sometimes be demanding. As a person, you are respectful and have a professional approach. Additionally, you have the ability to work both independently and in a team.

📍 Workplace: Imera's group home in Östhammar.
Working Hours: For this position, you must be flexible and able to work days, evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call.

An extract from the criminal record and the suspicion register for residential care homes (HVB) according to Imera's policy is required before employment becomes current.

Requirements
- Relevant education, such as the Care and Nursing Program or a University College degree in social pedagogy, psychiatry, or similar.
