Are you our new sales representative for Telenor's customer service?

We are looking for driven salespeople for Telenor!

Uniflex is seeking engaged and driven sales representatives for future assignments within Telenor's customer service in Kalmar. The start date is during the spring/summer. You will work at our client's premises in bright and fresh facilities on Varvsholmen in Kalmar, where community and engagement are highly valued. The client invests heavily in their staff and offers good opportunities for development. They actively work to attract motivated and inspiring personnel. As part of our team, you are the face of the operation and represent Telenor's products and brand.

In this role, you will not only help Telenor's customers with their questions, big or small, but you will also actively work on upselling. Therefore, it is important that you are service-oriented and attuned to the customer's needs, allowing you to offer tailored solutions in an inspiring and engaging manner.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are driven by working with phone sales. You enjoy problem-solving and always strive for the highest possible customer satisfaction, creating added value and fantastic experiences for Telenor's customers. You are responsible, quality-conscious, and enjoy working towards set goals, both individually and as a team. You are comfortable working with computers, speak and write Swedish fluently, and have a good command of English. Previous experience in telemarketing is an advantage.

• We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Therefore, previous experience is not a requirement – we believe that the right drive and willingness to learn will take you far!

• The position is full-time and permanent, starting on June 15th. We apply a 6-month probation period.

• Working hours are variable and scheduled during the customer service opening hours, weekdays 08:00–18:00, at our client's office in central Kalmar.

• The employment begins with training to give you the best possible conditions for success in your new job. You will have a fixed salary according to the agreement, as well as good opportunities for commission.
