About Us

CK Trafikskola AB is Stockholm's largest driving school and continues to grow constantly. We are currently located in three cities – Södertälje, Farsta, and Jakobsberg – with modern, newly renovated facilities just a 5-minute walk from each city center. Here, we offer training that gives students lifelong skills, with a strong focus on traffic safety, quality, and a positive overall experience.

With over 22 years of experience in driver education, we have built a strong and secure operation that helps thousands of students achieve their driving license goals every year. Our students drive modern VW Golf models to ensure the best possible conditions for a safe, comfortable, and high-quality education.

As we continue our expansion, we are now looking for more dedicated driving instructors who want to become part of our growing team and join us on our journey forward.

About You

We are looking for you who are pedagogical, motivated, and have a clear focus on the student. You are driven by delivering high quality and good results, while simultaneously creating safety and calm in the car. The role requires patience, engagement, and a professional attitude.

To succeed in this position, you must be approved and authorized as a driving instructor by the Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen).

Meritorious: You can also speak Arabic, as many of our students speak this language.

Requirements: Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.

Job Responsibilities

• Train students for Category B license.
• (Meritorious, not a requirement) Knowledge and authorization to conduct Risk Training 1 and Risk Training 2. Do you lack authorization? No problem – at CK Trafikskola AB, we cover the cost and train you internally so you can develop together with us.
• Contribute to a safe, professional, and developmental environment for our students.

Internship

If you are currently studying to become a driving instructor, you are also welcome to do your internship with us – with the possibility of it leading to employment.

Employment and Working Hours

We are looking for both full-time and part-time employees.

Working hours are flexible and can include weekdays and weekends as agreed.

We are open Monday–Sunday.
