We are looking for a Senior Teamleader for our operations in Helsingborg. In this role, you have clear responsibility for planning, staffing, and quality in our assignments. You work closely with both drivers and operations, becoming a key part of a team that works systematically, communicates clearly, and takes responsibility for ensuring high-standard deliveries.

About the Role

As a Senior Teamleader, you play a central function in the business. You support our drivers, manage daily planning, and ensure that transport assignments are carried out correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule our drivers
• Monitor and approve working hours, breaks, overtime, and absence
• Monitor and analyze scanning, transport assignments, routes, eco-driving, and KPIs, and drive necessary improvement measures
• Communicate with staffing agencies, external haulage companies, and transport training providers
• Recruit and onboard new drivers
• Develop routines and working methods for drivers
• Handle complaints
• Participate in our ISO work

Qualifications

• Upper secondary education
• Experience from the haulage/transport industry
• Experience in leadership and scheduling
• Knowledge of the Transport Agreement as well as driving and rest times
• CE license and valid YKB (professional competence certificate)
• Good command of Swedish and English
• Pedagogical ability
• Proficiency in Excel and TransPA
