TP Förskolor AB currently operates 33 preschools across nine different municipalities.

We are a private company that, through well-educated and socially competent educators, runs developmental preschool activities encompassing care, play, and learning in a creative environment for children aged 1–5.

We are now looking for a qualified preschool teacher with a license to join Slottsbyns förskola.

Slottsbyns preschool is located in a natural setting in Steninge Slottsby, with the forest right next door and a large, inspiring courtyard where the children get to explore, play, and learn every day.

The preschool consists of two departments and is characterized by close collaboration, dedicated educators, and a project-oriented approach where the children's curiosity is at the center.

Since language, reading, and documentation are an important part of our mission at the preschool, we require that you have very good Swedish skills in both speech, reading, and writing.

Start date: August 2026. The position is 38 hours per week.

At TP Förskolor, we look for you to have:

• A preschool teacher degree with a preschool teacher license
• Good knowledge of children's needs, development, and learning, with a clear child focus
• Good knowledge of the Swedish National Curriculum for the Preschool, with a clear understanding of our mission
• Strong ability to lead your work team
• Ability to translate theory into practice
• Ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of using digital tools in daily work
• Good teamwork skills

• Can, together with your colleagues, make children's learning processes visible through pedagogical documentation
