Are you a structured and service-oriented person with a passion for building long-term customer relationships and ensuring the right person ends up in the right role? We are now looking for a sales-oriented coordinator who wants to work 50-100% during the summer in our local business area in Norrtälje.

Responsibilities

In the role of Coordinator, you will become an important part of our team. You will collaborate closely with both customers and employees to ensure that customer needs are met in the best possible way by matching the right Veteran with the right assignment. You will also work with sales, actively contributing to finding new assignments and developing customer relationships. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and creating engagement among our employees!

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming inquiries from customers and matching the right Veteran to assignments
• Building and expanding the Veteran database through recruitment and hiring
• Conducting introductions and training for new Veterans
• Actively working to build the customer base through sales and business development
• Coordinating time reporting and other administrative handling
• Participating in events and arrangements such as Veteran meetings and trade shows

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who, for example, is a student in economics, HR, or similar, and want to work in a broad and fast-paced role where you have the opportunity to handle several tasks in parallel. You have good system proficiency and thrive in a role where phone contact with customers and employees is an important part of everyday life. Previous experience from RUT or ROT services is an advantage. To summarize, we see that you:

• Have experience in service, sales, or customer contact
• Enjoy communicating via phone and building relationships
• Have good system proficiency (CRM, Office suite, etc.)
• Are meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented
• Are self-motivated and results-oriented
