Requirements / Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with a suitable post-secondary education, placing greater emphasis on relevant work experience and personal suitability. You should have experience working within clear regulatory frameworks and handling security-sensitive information.

A background in procurement and security-cleared procurement is highly meritorious, as is experience in managing contracts and conducting company audits. Experience in implementing processes, systematic work, and preventive security work towards external actors is also highly valued.

You need to feel confident acting as the operational lead, able to provide support in various contexts (e.g., during internal audits), and have sufficient experience to contribute to the process of developing a Security Protection Analysis (SSA). This includes implementing and following up on measures, as well as analyzing change and improvement (e.g., GAP analysis).

Who are you as a person?

We are looking for a methodical, calm, and confident person with a good overview and attention to detail. You are responsible, highly reliable, driven, and structured, with strong social and communicative skills. Meticulousness and the ability to make good risk assessments and act accordingly are crucial.

Since the client is in an expansion phase, we are looking for someone who wants to be a key player in producing materials, driving, analyzing, and improving processes. The role requires flexibility, drive, motivation, and engagement in addition to technical knowledge.
