Are you a car enthusiast with experience in the automotive industry, or a service advisor looking for new challenges? Then this position might be perfect for you!

The role of Service Advisor focuses heavily on customer contact, which will be a recurring part of the entire job. Tasks may include helping customers with questions about car parts, advising on various service jobs, and handling administrative duties such as creating work orders and ordering spare parts.

About the position:

• Receive customers when dropping off and picking up vehicles.
• Create cost estimates and provide price information.
• Communicate with technicians to follow up on work orders.
• Ensure that the correct spare parts and services are offered.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers to inform them of status.
• Administer bookings, quotes, and invoices.

We are looking for you who:

• Have good system proficiency in at least one of the following systems: KOBRA, CABAS, or WINASSIST.
• Have relatively good knowledge of spare parts.
• Have technical knowledge about passenger cars.
• Work in a structured manner.
• Hold a manual B driver's license.

The position is full-time with working hours during daytime, Monday to Friday.
