At Dibber International School, we are an IB World School committed to laying the foundation for lifelong learning, helping students develop both academically and personally. Located just steps from the beautiful Norrviken Lake and close to Stockholm’s commuter train (pendeltåg), our F–9 school follows the Swedish Lgr22 curriculum while using the International Baccalaureate’s pedagogical program. This gives our students an international profile and prepares them to be world citizens.
We are now looking for a passionate Art & Craft Teacher to join our inspiring team!
About the position:
- Teaching Art & Craft to students in grades 3–9 in English with half-class groups.
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging art lessons following the Swedish curriculum Lgr22.
- Foster creativity, expression, and appreciation of different artistic forms.
- Integrate modern tools and techniques in teaching Art.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Participate in professional development and align teaching with IB methodologies where applicable.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Swedish teaching license (lärarlegitimation) in Art/Craft.
- Has experience teaching Art/Craft in line with Lgr22.
- Is confident teaching in English (our Art instruction is in English).
- Has good digital competence and can use modern tools to support learning.
- Values international perspectives and enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
