Do you want to work for a unit that ensures the Swedish Armed Forces' ability to lead around the clock, year-round? Then this job is for you.
You will be stationed at the FMTIS Staff J3 and will be part of the unit commander's support in leading and controlling the unit. Work at the FMTIS Staff J3 includes responsibility for planning and leading operations, short- and medium-term activities, and the unit's production.
Main Responsibilities
In the role of Production Coordinator, you will lead and coordinate analyses and preparations for various production assignments with the aim of planning and directing various tasks within the unit's production. The role places high demands on flexibility, the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel, and structure.
You will, among other things:
- Be the contact person or have coordination responsibility for our major production assignments
- Create and maintain close dialogue and relationships with both internal and external parties
- Act as an advisor to our Production Manager regarding production
- Participate in the development of our methods, processes, routines, and activities to streamline daily work
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Valid B driver's license
- Previous experience working with large, complex projects
- You communicate well both verbally and in writing

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with complex production tasks within both the IT and Telecommunications areas at FMTIS
- Your previous tasks have been within central production at FMTIS
- Have good knowledge of the Swedish Armed Forces' processes

Work location: Örebro.
Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement.
Official travel occurs.
