About Us

Aleris Psychiatry Gothenburg is a private specialist psychiatric clinic for children, adolescents, and adults. We offer neuropsychiatric assessments and treatment, as well as treatment for a broad spectrum of psychiatric conditions.

Our practice covers privately funded care, insurance-funded care, and region-funded care. We are located in modern and pleasant premises in central Gothenburg and are co-located with Aleris Specialist Care, where several medical specialties work closely together. This creates excellent opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange across specialist boundaries.

Here, psychologists, nurses, medical secretaries, and consulting physicians work together with the patient in focus. We value an open working climate where competence, care, and participation go hand in hand.

The Role

As a specialist physician here, you work with specialist psychiatric assessments, diagnostic investigations, and medical treatment of adult patients.

You help patients receive the right support at the right time through clear assessments, medical competence, and a secure approach. The role involves close collaboration with psychologists, nurses, and other colleagues at the clinic, while you have ample room for independent work and individual clinical responsibility.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a specialist physician in adult psychiatry
• Have experience in specialist psychiatric work
• Have good ability to work independently and make medical decisions
• Express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience with neuropsychiatric assessments
• Experience with ADHD treatment

Employment Terms

• Location: Gothenburg, possible opportunity to work in Kungsbacka
• Employment type: Probation period of 6 months with the possibility of permanent employment
• Working hours: Weekdays 08:00–16:30
• Patient work: Approximately 6 hours of patient work per day
• Scope: Full-time or as agreed
• Possibility of some remote work
