Do you want to take a key role in developing and streamlining processes in an expanding industrial operation? BAE Systems Hägglunds is in a strong phase of expansion, driven by several major contracts and continued high demand. To meet the future, we are now looking for a Process Manager for the Facilities Department!
Your future challenge
The Process Manager is a new role where you will become a central player in developing and quality-assuring our working methods. You will have an important opportunity to shape how we work moving forward and contribute to continued success in a business with strong growth.
You will work closely with those responsible for property and machine maintenance and will be part of a small management group. The role entails overall responsibility for:
- Leading and developing process work within the facilities operations
- Updating and improving existing processes
- Creating synergies between property and machine maintenance
- Driving a more uniform and efficient way of working
- Contributing to business development and goal achievement
You will report to the Head of Facilities and Maintenance.
The person you are
We are looking for you who have an engineering degree or other relevant educational background, combined with experience from the industry. You preferably have worked within a maintenance organization in manufacturing or process industry, thereby gaining a good understanding of the business's requirements and conditions. Furthermore, you have experience in process management, change management, or similar work. Experience in property and machine maintenance is meritorious.
To succeed in the role, you need the ability to work both strategically and operationally, with a clear focus on results. You are analytical and can prioritize and drive the right initiatives based on the business's goals and available resources.
You are accustomed to working in computer-based systems and are proficient in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
A valid driver's license (Category B) is a requirement.
