About the position

As an excavator operator, you will play a key role in our projects and work with varied tasks within earthworks and construction. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Excavation work with tracked and wheeled excavators
• Trenching, fine grading, and site preparation
• Working with 3D measurement systems for high precision
• Drainage and construction works
• Daily supervision and basic maintenance of machinery

The work is carried out both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and site management across various projects.

We are looking for you who

• Have 2–4 years of experience as an excavator operator or within earthworks and construction
• Hold a valid B-driver's license
• Have certificates for Work on Road 1 and 2
• Have good proficiency in Swedish or English
• Are meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
• Have good teamwork skills and a positive attitude
