About the role

As a Site Supervisor, you are responsible for supporting operations in the daily work at the depot and out on the road. You lead the workforce and assist in planning and distributing tasks and resources, such as materials, vehicles, staff, and subcontractors, together with the Site Manager. You alternate between performing practical tasks in the field and administrative duties at the office.

The role involves driving and leading our contracting services on road and construction sites, as well as actively working with customer service. You will plan work in our work order system and support invoicing processes. Together with your colleagues, you help our customers with their traffic solution needs, focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction.

The position is full-time based in Sundsvall. Regular working hours are during the day, but night and weekend work may occur. We are a flexible group where everyone collaborates and supports each other.

About you

As a person, you have excellent problem-solving skills and possess strong administrative knowledge. You take initiative and are open, curious, and enjoy challenges. You thrive on putting the customer first and have a pronounced sense of service. You are expected to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be good at organizing and prioritizing your work. Requirements for the role:

• Category B driver's license and good proficiency in Swedish (both spoken and written) are required.

Merits for the role:

• Having a Category C driver's license is considered a merit.
