About the role:

Meliva Märsta Läkarhus is a well-functioning primary care clinic with a broad range of services. Here, doctors, nurses, district nurses, assistant nurses, and psychologists work in close collaboration to meet our patients' needs in the best possible way. Our daily work is characterized by collegial support, continuous development, and high patient safety. As a nurse here, you will handle standard primary care tasks, including telephone advice and clinic work. The role involves both urgent and scheduled visits, as well as collaboration with home healthcare services.

Responsibilities may include:

• Patient consultations and annual health checks.
• Wound care, vaccinations, lifestyle counseling, and chronic disease coordination.
• Being part of the team responsible for home healthcare.
• Assessment and advice via phone, chat, and video meetings.
• Collaboration with other professions within the team for holistic patient care.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a registered nurse or district nurse.
• Is confident in your professional role and has a good ability to independently assess patient needs. You have strong communication skills, are empathetic, and treat patients professionally.
• Is structured and responsible, yet flexible and solution-oriented.
• Thrives in teamwork and contributes to a good work climate.
• Is interested in participating in organizational development and digital healthcare solutions.
• Advantageous: experience with TakeCare.
